FAST Monthly Lunch & Learn – Reconciling Concur Transactions

The FAST team hosts a series of short (30 – 45 minute) virtual presentations on topics of interest for financial administrators at all levels.

All sessions will be recorded and presented by FAST, and often in collaboration with other units. There is no registration required.

This session will be held on Wednesday, January 28th (12pm – 1pm) via MS Teams, and will explore Concur workflows.

Description:
This session will explore the recommended process to reconcile Concur expense report on a monthly basis.

Topics:

• month end reconciliation for T&H card charges and other Concur expense reports
• how to locate Concur transactions in FIS line item reports and month end reports
• limitations on who can view Concur transactions
