DESCRIPTION:Duration:  3.5 hours\nFormat:     Lecture\, Demonstrations + Hands-on Practice Activities \nThis course is designed for new Financial Information Systems (FIS) users who are expected to complete A/P invoices\, Petty Cash and / or Imprest Reimbursements within FIS. \nSpecifically\, it focuses on identifying and entering information within the Accounts Payable – Invoice Document Entry screen for various financial transactions.\nTopics include: \n\nWhen to use the Accounts Payable – Invoice Document Entry screen\nIdentifying the information required to process a transaction\nHow to process a transaction in FIS using this screen (e.g.\, entering an invoice\, credit memo)\n\nPre-requisites: It is highly recommended that this course be completed after the preceding Standard Curriculum courses. \ne-Token – For this particular course the attendee should have an e-Token and ensure that the card is activated.
