DESCRIPTION:Duration: 2 hours\nFormat: Lecture + Demonstration \nManual Reserves (a.k.a.\, Earmarked Funds\, Funds Commitments and Encumbrances) are created by departments in FIS to reserve available budget dollars for expenses that are not processed through HRIS (e.g.\, payroll) or Logistics (e.g.\, POs).
