To enhance transparency, accuracy and completeness of automated VoIP related financial postings, departments can now access two new reports that can be used to facilitate reconciliation with month-end reports.
The ZVC2 – VoIP Recurring Service and Hardware Charges Report is a customizable line item style report that consolidates all data relevant to recurring and equipment charges (e.g., department name, phone number, charge amount and FIS account information.
The ZVC3 – VoIP Long Distance Call Report details data related to long distance calls (e.g., destination of call, duration, phone number) in a similar line item format.
