We all have experienced a lot of change and many new tools in our busy working lives. That is why we want to provide you with tailored support, including detailed guides, training sessions, and real-time assistance from U of T staff to make using Concur easy for you. We have developed tailored support on our SharePoint page – please have a look there, review our FAQs or reach out to our team with any specific inquiries.

To ensure comprehensive support, we are rolling out Concur in three waves across U of T’s divisions. We started in March 2025 and implemented two waves since – see the diagram below.

You will receive advance notification when it is time to transition to Concur in your division.
