Lunch & Learn – May 2025 – Reporting in FIS – Using Cost Centers, Internal Orders and the Assignment Effectively

The FAST team hosts a series of short (30 – 45 minute) virtual presentations on topics of interest for financial administrators at all levels.

All sessions will be recorded and presented by FAST, and often in collaboration with other units. There is no registration required.

This session will be held on Thursday, May 29th (12pm – 1pm) via MS Teams, and will be presented by the F.A.S.T Team.

Topic: Reporting in FIS – Using Cost Centers, Internal Orders and the Assignment Effectively

FIS has a variety of accounts and flags that departments can use to manage their spending, budgets and plans.

This lunch and learn will explore when and how to use Cost Center, Internal Order or the Assignment field effectively, and the FIS reports that can be used with these.
