How to Download a Copy of the Purchase or Lease Order

To get a PDF copy of the Purchase Order:

1. Go to ME23N – Display Purchase Order
2. Click Purchase Order >> Other Purchase Order
3. Enter Purchase/Lease Order document number.
4. Click Other Document.
5. Click the button.
6. Click the Save as ()
7. Save the PDF locally, and forward to the vendor.
