FAST Monthly Lunch & Learn – Navigating HR Scenarios that Impact Concur Workflows

The FAST team hosts a series of short (30 – 45 minute) virtual presentations on topics of interest for financial administrators at all levels.

All sessions will be recorded and presented by FAST, and often in collaboration with other units. There is no registration required.

This session will be held on Tuesday, August 25 (12pm – 1pm) via MS Teams.

Description:
This session will explore a variety of scenarios related to HRIS records faced by units that impact their claimant’s Concur workflows.

This session will explore:

• Reviewing non-standard Concur workflows (e.g., cross-appointments, administrative academic appointments – AAA)
• Clarifying the relationship between Concur profiles and claimant HRIS records
• Unique reporting scenarios that impact the 1-up approver in Concur
• Reviewing how Concur Business Officers can add approvers for non-appointed and non-employee claimants
• Q&A
