• We’re establishing a Concur Finance subgroup to participate in our testing phase. Let us know if you’re interested in joining!
• The design phase is now complete, and we’re moving forward with configuring Concur.
• Testing has commenced to support the configuration process.

Initiation: This phase began in June 2024, during which we got ready to implement Concur, confirmed the scope and assembled a team.

Analysis & Design: Concur is an ‘off-the-shelf’ product, meaning it requires configuration to meet U of T’s needs. During the design phase, we identify the elements that we are able to configure to tailor the tool for our use.

Integration & Build and Configuration: In this phase, we apply the configurations identified during the design phase to create the U of T specific version of Concur.

Validation & Testing: The testing phase ensures that the design and configurations of Concur function as intended.

Pilot and Waves: We are implementing Concur in three phases. Additional details can be found in the rollout section.
