FAST Monthly Lunch & Learn – Exploring Concur Workflows

The FAST team hosts a series of short (30 – 45 minute) virtual presentations on topics of interest for financial administrators at all levels.

All sessions will be recorded and presented by FAST, and often in collaboration with other units. There is no registration required.

This session will be held on Thursday, November 27th (12pm – 1pm) via MS Teams, and will explore Concur workflows.

Topics:

  • The importance of default/built in workflows in Concur
  • Review the standard workflows for appointed and non-appointed employees
  • Clarifying when to use the Approve vs Approve & Forward approach
  • Understanding workflows for Cross-Appointments, Administrative Academic Appointments (AAA) and when budget owners are in another unit.
  • Open forum for questions
