The SU53 – Display Authorization Report assists technical staff (i.e. EASI) resolve end user authorization errors (i.e., if a user attempts to access or run a report, but get the error “You are not authorized to use transaction _______”). This article outlines how to generate the SU53 report in the FIORI Launchpad Reporting application.
Steps (after receiving the error message):
2. Take a screenshot of the SU53 report output, OR download it to MS Excel (). Attach the image or Excel file to the support ticket (via uoft.me/esc) to EASI to resolve the authorization error.
