Incoming Wire Transfers and Direct Deposits for Accounts Receivable Invoices

For Accounts Receivable invoices that involve sending a copy of the invoice to central FSD – Accounts Receivable, it is acceptable for customers to transfer their payment/recovery/deposit directly to the University’s bank account.

NOTE: Payments related to A/R invoices DO NOT get deposited into departmental subordinate CIBC bank accounts. Non-A/R related deposits can be deposited into subordinate bank accounts.

To locate the wire payment/direct deposit account information to forward to the customer, refer to the bottom of the CAD/USD Accounts Receivable Invoice form.
