What is the Baseline date in an invoice document? Are you allowed to make changes to the baseline date?

Baseline date in an invoice document refers to the date from which payment terms are calculated. It represents the starting point for determining when payment is due. The invoice date entered in the invoice gets copied over to the baseline. You should not be making any changes to the baseline date once the invoice date is entered. Any changes made to the baseline date will result in payment delays or payment not getting generated.
