Who do I contact if I have more questions about the e-signature policy and technical application?
- Questions about the interpretation and application of the policy should be directed to your unit’s FAST representative.
- Questions about the technical application of the policy, such as how to create an E-Signature, should be directed to the appropriate EASI/ITS team.
- Questions about using DocuSign, Adobe Reader, or other non-Microsoft 365 end user computing applications should go to the Employee Service Centre (ESC) ticketing page: End User Computing >> Other Software Installation Service Desk
