Who do I contact if I have more questions about the e-signature policy and technical application?

  1. Questions about the interpretation and application of the policy should be directed to your unit’s FAST representative.
  2. Questions about the technical application of the policy, such as how to create an E-Signature, should be directed to the appropriate EASI/ITS team.
  3. Questions about using DocuSign, Adobe Reader, or other non-Microsoft 365 end user computing applications should go to the Employee Service Centre (ESC) ticketing page: End User Computing >> Other Software Installation Service Desk
