Completing the Outgoing Wire Transfer Form

- Department sends wire requests for invoices that have been outstanding for a long time, wanting them processed asap.
- Confusion around the process governing honorarium.
- Incorrect/missing bank account details, IBAN, SWIFT or routing number.
- Bank address not provided in full (missing street address, only City provided)
- Missing supporting documents entirely (i.e. only wire form provided)
- Department not checking or confirming currency that beneficiary bank can accept.
- Missing intermediate bank account (beneficiary might not provide it either)
